This Card Making Project has been created using stitching stickers - By Brenda Kirby
You can buy all you need to make four of these cards (two white and two black) in a kit (see bottom of page or click here )
Materials Required:
A Black or White Square Pearlescent Card
Dresses Stitching Sticker
Madeira Black or White Thread (We have found that a slightly thicker Madeira thread is best for these stickers)
Black or White Backing Card
Birthday or Greetings Peel Off in Silver
Foam Pads
Hat Pin and Embrodery Needle
Method:
Mount the stitching stickers onto backing card (if using a White Card, use Black Backing or vice versa)
Prick the holes in the sticker using a hat pin
Embroider the pattern on the stitching stickers with White Thread on Black Card (or vice versa)
Cut our the stickers and arrange on the blank cards using foam pads
Add greetings words from Peel Off
Alternative designs can be created using different stiches, permutations of colours or stickers and peel-offs.
