Holly Punch (used to punch out the card. The puched out card was then stuck back in between the cut-outs)

Gold "Seasons Greetings" Peeloff

Foam Pad (used to raise the Holly from the card : technique - stick a Holly Peeloff over a small cutoff of the Holly Paper and cut around with scissors, then raise from the card with some foam pads)
Note, the card has been cut back to 3/4 width (top to bottom) on the front leaf and the Sticky Ribbon was stuck along the edge.
