Pricking stencil card

Description

A cream deckle edge greetings card has a beautiful Ornare ornamental stencil design pricked out on the front. In the centre of the swirling design is an oval flower picture.

Materials used

• Cream deckle edge single fold greetings card 104mm x 152mm (4¼ in x 6 in)
• Ornare ornamental pricking stencil PR 0507 Krul
• Pricking tool
• Embossing tool
• Sheet of Ornare decoupage paper with flower design
• Paper adhesive

Method

Open the greetings card and place it face down on a soft pad.

Place the metal Ornare ornamental pricking stencil in the required position on the back of the card and prick the pattern with a pricking tool.

Run an embossing tool around the outline of the stencil to create a relief edge.

Turn the card over so the front is uppermost and decorate the centre with an Ornare decoupage paper flower design.
