Baby crib card

Description

A double fold window card has silver crib sticker on parchment paper. This is coloured and embossed to give the crib an extra dimension. An added touch is the sticker of baby's booties.

Materials used

• White double fold greetings card 104mm x 152mm (4¼ ins x 6 ins) with oval aperture
• Sticker silver crib
• Coloured pen of your choice
• Sheet of vellum parchment paper
• Embossing pad (felt or vinyl)
• Parchment craft medium embossing tool

Method

The self-adhesive peel-off sticker is positioned on a piece of vellum parchment paper.

Colour the crib with a felt pen.

Emboss the crib design on the parchment paper. Place the parchment paper face down on an embossing pad and work over the design with a medium embossing tool.

Mount the parchment paper in the card aperture using double-sided tape or adhesive.

With the inside of the card uppermost close the left hand side of the card over the aperture and fix down.

Add the sticker of baby's booties in the bottom right hand corner and colour as required.
